Free Shipping Over $95

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $95 within Australia. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum spend requirement.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel and are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

During promotional periods, peak sale events and public holidays, please allow additional time for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Promo Discounts and Free Shipping

Please note that promotional discounts may reduce your final order value.

Eligibility for free shipping is based on your order total after all promotional discounts have been applied. If a discount reduces your order total below the $95 free shipping threshold, the standard delivery fee will apply.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout after discounts have been applied.

Australian Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and may take longer for regional or remote areas.

Please note that Australia Post does not operate standard deliveries on weekends, and delivery timeframes may be affected during peak sale periods, public holidays or other high-volume periods.

Delivery Fees

  • Australia Post eParcel: Flat rate of $9.95 within Australia.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $95 within Australia qualify for free delivery.

Order Dispatch and Tracking

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Clayton, Victoria.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak sale periods, promotional events and public holidays, please allow additional processing time of up to 5–6 business days.

Orders placed between 10am Friday and 10am AEST Monday are considered weekend orders and will be processed from the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number.

You can track your delivery using the Australia Post Tracking website.
