We use Australia Post eParcel. Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after placement. During promotional periods, please allow 5–6 business days.

Standard Delivery Times: Australia Post eParcel typically takes 2–4 business days to deliver to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, and slightly longer to South Australia and regional areas. Please note: Australia Post does not operate on weekends.
The Australia Post tracking website provides accurate delivery updates and will notify you of any delays while your parcel is in transit.
Australia Post may experience delays during peak seasons. You can stay up to date on delivery times here.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Clayton, Victoria.

Christmas delivery cut-off dates vary by location.
Standard Post (eParcel)
Place your order by 11:59pm on 18 December* (excludes NT and WA) to receive your gifts in time for Christmas. Please allow additional time for regional and remote areas.
